All Other Claims
Occasionally, items become damaged after purchase. If damage occurs after the 15 day return period due to poor handling, incorrect storage or other reasons other than poor workmanship, touchstone gallery does not provide a refund or exchange. If a product is damaged due to poor workmanship by the artist, a touchstone gallery manager will review the claim. To initiate a claim, contact the gallery manager in which the purchase was made. If the purchase was made online, contact our headquarters. Upon review of the damage, the manager will discuss further actions. If the manager decides that the damage was a result of artist/workmanship error, touchstone gallery will consider a refund. If the manager decides that the damage is not due to workmanship, no refund will be issued. The manager will contact the customer for next steps; which may include returning to customer at their expense, discarding the item, or possibly organizing a repair at the customer's expense. The manager's decision is final.
