Touchstone Gallery Returns Policy

We are extremely proud of the quality of the merchandise we offer for sale and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we will give you full credit for your purchase price (but not shipping costs) if you decide within 15 days that the product does not meet your needs and you return the product in its original condition to our Cedar Crest, NM headquarters.

How to Return Merchandise

  1. Packaging.  Organize proper packaging, shipping and insurance for the return shipment at your expense in accordance with the 15 day returns grace period.

  2. Shipment.  Ship the merchandise to the following location:

  3. Processing.  As soon as the merchandise is delivered back to us we will inspect its condition.  If it is in the exact same condition as it was when originally sold, we will credit your credit card for your purchase price promptly.  If it is damaged in some way we will contact you by email to inform you of the results of our inspection and to advise you how that may impact any expected refunds.

Damaged Merchandise Claims

Products that are damaged during transport should not be returned to Touchstone.  Instead you should immediately file a claim with delivery service to collect for any damages.  Ownership of your package transfers to you when we ship it, so you will need to make and collect on any damage claims.  We will always ensure that your parcel is insured for the full value of the merchandise to so that neither of us suffers a financial loss due to any damages experienced during shipment.
