Diplodocus Chevron Tail Bone
Diplodocus is a classic sauropod that is easily identified by it’s long neck and whip like tail. This particular bone is a chevron tail bone that is found in many reptiles today. The purpose of this bone was to protect critical elements in the tail such as nerves and blood vessels from being damaged. This specimen would make a great addition to any home office.
